Ross Barber
Ross brings a lifetime of church involvement and professional production experience to every project. He is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, where he earned a dual degree in Marketing and Management.
Growing up in a church family, with a pastor for a father and a mother who served in countless roles, Ross was immersed in church life from an early age and became deeply involved behind the scenes. With a background in business, AV integration, and music production, Ross has served in leadership and behind-the-scenes roles at churches of all sizes, including Shepherd Church of the Nazarene, Vineyard Columbus, and One Church.
In addition to his church experience, Ross has worked in AV integration and operational support roles, bringing a practical understanding of systems, workflows, and implementation.
His passion is helping churches understand what they truly need by guiding them toward thoughtful, effective solutions that maximize impact while stewarding resources wisely.

Kassi Barber
Co-Founder and Designer
Kassi supports Barber Productions through organization, planning, and experience-focused strategy. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University, where she earned a degree in Interior Design with a strong foundation in business and operations.
With a lifelong connection to the church, Kassi has developed a strong respect for the behind-the-scenes work that allows churches and organizations to function well and feel welcoming. She brings attention to detail, thoughtful planning, and experience-driven design, along with hands-on experience planning and executing large-scale events.
At Barber Productions, she helps clients create spaces and systems that serve people well through clear communication, careful planning, and intentional support.
Kassi is passionate about creating welcoming, thoughtful environments and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Brutus
Brutus takes his role at Barber Productions very seriously. As Head of Security, he ensures that no delivery, visitor, or suspicious squirrel goes unnoticed. Every piece of equipment that enters the building is thoroughly inspected (and sniff-tested) to guarantee it meets his high standards for safety and quality.
While he may sound intimidating from the other side of the door, Brutus is, in reality, a loyal and affectionate team member who specializes in boosting morale and reminding everyone to take the occasional walk break.
He is always nearby while we are working — whether or not a dog is technically required.
Brutus is passionate about warehouse security, thorough equipment inspections, and keeping team morale high. He proudly manages behind-the-scenes operations and does not attend off-site meetings, as his calendar is fully booked with patrol duties.
