FAQs

1 / Do you only work with churches?

While churches are a primary focus for Barber Productions, we are happy to partner with other organizations and individuals. Our experience serving churches shapes our values of stewardship, clarity, and excellence, principles that translate well across many kinds of projects.

2 / Can we book you for just part of a service (not full production)?

Absolutely. Our services are intentionally flexible. Whether you need full support or help with just one piece, such as gear rental, event operation, editing, or consulting, we’re happy to meet you where you are.

3 / We’re a smaller church or organization with a limited budget, are your services still a fit?

Definitely. Stewardship is at the core of what we do. We specialize in helping churches understand what is truly necessary and how to maximize impact without overspending. Our goal is to help you get the most value out of your resources.

4 / Do you work with volunteers and in-house teams?

Yes. We love partnering with staff and volunteer teams. Whether that means supporting them during an event, training them on systems, or helping create workflows that set them up for success, we aim to empower the people already serving in your organization.

5 / Can you help us decide what equipment to buy (or not buy)?

Absolutely. Part of our consulting work involves evaluating current systems and making honest, practical recommendations. If an upgrade isn’t necessary, we’ll tell you. Our goal is long-term sustainability, not selling more gear.

6 / Do you offer ongoing support or one-time services?

Both. We work with some clients on a one-time basis and others through ongoing partnerships. We’re happy to discuss what level of support makes the most sense for your needs.

7 / Are you able to help us with visualizing our ideas?

Yes. We can create 3D renderings of your space to help bring ideas to life, whether that’s a stage update, production layout, or potential renovation. This is meant to help teams gain clarity, alignment, and excitement before moving forward.

8 / Can you help us plan an event or project even if you’re not running it?

Yes. We offer consulting and planning support for events, productions, and systems. Many clients bring us in early to help think through logistics, technical needs, budgets, and overall flow, without requiring full on-site production.

9 / Do you provide your own equipment?

Yes. For live events and podcasting, we can provide equipment rentals as needed. We also work seamlessly with existing systems and are happy to recommend or evaluate equipment if you’re considering a purchase.

10 / How do we get started?

Start by reaching out through our contact form. We’ll schedule a conversation to learn more about your goals, needs, and constraints, and then recommend the best next steps.
