Culture Conference is a yearly local youth conference hosted at Vineyard Columbus and open to churches across the region. The conference brings together students, leaders, and volunteers for teaching, worship, and community, requiring intentional planning and coordinated production to support a high-energy, engaging environment.

Ross served as Production Manager and Audio Director for the conference, supporting stage design planning and installation, developing the service flow and order, and overseeing live production throughout the event. In addition to his production leadership, Ross also played in the band and served as Music Director, helping bridge creative and technical teams to deliver a seamless and well-executed conference experience.

The Holy Spirit Conference is a multi-day annual conference hosted by Vineyard Columbus, open to the broader church community. The event brings together teaching, worship, and ministry experiences and requires thoughtful coordination across production, music, and service flow to support a consistent, welcoming environment for attendees.

Ross supported the conference through service planning, setup, and live production. His responsibilities included audio mixing, producing services, coordinating camera operators, and supporting technical execution throughout the event. In addition to production leadership, Ross also helped lead worship and served as music director, bridging technical and creative teams to ensure each service ran smoothly from start to finish.

The Stronger Together Summit is a one-day leadership event for teachers, students, pastors, and community leaders. The result was a fully functional mobile campus built for consistency and volunteer-friendly operation.

When Ross began at Vineyard Columbus, there was no written system for how the AV setup functioned. He thoroughly reviewed all equipment, upgraded or removed items as needed, and created a comprehensive Excel document tracking connections and system components. Ross also organized the system physically and digitally, trained every new volunteer, and evaluated each campus to ensure smooth operations.
His work empowered volunteers and staff to confidently run the AV systems independently, ensuring consistent, reliable production even when he was not present.
